Our mission and our motto. It's what our customers deserve and what we expect from ourselves everyday we come to work. We take the time and effort to consider the housing needs and financial situation of each family that comes through our door, and we go above and beyond to get them the house that they need and a mortgage they can afford. This is our story.

We started off in real estate finance. Working with mortgage financing, credit repair, down payment assistance and federal housing grants set the foundation for who we are today. We learned the ins and outs of the trade, we discovered the most efficient way of dealing with the hundreds of pages of documents and developed strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. After 15 years, we had gotten really good at it. We were able to guide people through the complicated home buying process and helped them find a mortgage that suited their needs.

We worked with whoever came through our door, but we found that most people who came to us were blue collar, hard working and honest, the backbone of this great country. We also found a problem with our process. We had become masters of credit repair and financial counseling, but our customers were having to pick their future homes from a crop of houses that were being sold for the wrong reasons. Large real estate firms and fly by night "House Flippers" were offering little more than a new coat of paint on a property they were selling, and sometimes not even that. They had no interest in the family's future in that home beyond a quick profit. This would leave our valued customers facing the possibility of putting their hard earned money into a home that was unfinished, badly put together and would likely present costly repairs almost immediately after they moved in. No pride, no craftsmanship, no home. Just a house full of problems to come. This had to change, we had to be more and do more for our customers.

We had the credit repair side down pat, what if we found a way to provide quality homes to our customers? We couldn't keep helping people find financing and then let them settle for something less than they deserved. We took the approach that each house should be as if our own families were going to move into them. So we did some research, made some phone calls and found the best contractors in the Cleveland area. We worked with them to develop a rehabbing process and standard of quality that could be applied to virtually any home in Northeastern Ohio. Instead of being forced to take a house as is/where is, this effectively made it possible for our customers to choose their home based on size, number of bedrooms and location, and we in turn would bring it up to spec. The freedom of choice available to our customers is amazing. They pick the house they want, we make it right and back it up with a one year warranty.

In short, we guide you through all the paper work, repair your credit, help you find financing and provide a quality, worry free home for you and your family.
